Alcohol (ethanol)

An organic chemical compound. Under normal ambient conditions (25°C temperature and 1 atm pressure), chemically pure ethanol is volatile, flammable and colorless. It is the most well-known alcohol found in alcoholic beverages. In cosmetics, it is used either as a solvent for other substances or for its antiseptic properties.
